Shipping and Delivery

Together with our logistics service providers, we ensure that your ordered goods are delivered to you or directly to your customer on time and undamaged.

                      When will my order be delivered?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The delivery date depends on the selected shipping method.

                   Delivery in Germany

For a delivery within Germany you can choose from different shipping methods:

        – Standard shipping (4 – 5 business days)

       – Self-collection  (in this case please use our inquiry  form to let us know before finalizing the payment)

                    Deliveries abroad

If your delivery location is outside Germany, please contact us first using our Contact Form so that we can calculate your transport costs in view of your wishes.

    – Free On Board

    – Cost Insurance Freight

    – Delivered At Place

    – Carriage Insurance Paid

    – Delivered Duty Paid
