Pyranometer and irradiation sensors with module temperature sensor,sensors record the deviations between the possible and the actual electricity production and provide important characteristic values with regard to the quality of the entire plant. The Solar-LogT Monitoring continuously compares the yield data of the PV plant with the measurement results of the various sensors. If there is a deviation here, an error message is generated. The most important element of the sensor box is the irradiation sensor, which provides a reference value for solar irradiation and allows conclusions to be drawn about the possible electricity production.The single-beam sensor consists of solar cells and has the same orientation as the modules, so it serves as the perfect reference value.The single-beam sensor is equipped with a high-quality monocrystalline cell, robust and specially designed for permanent use outdoors. The sensors are installed directly on the photovoltaic system and the connection to the Solar-LogT is made via the RS485 interface.
