The external control unit is specially designed for use in group solutions according to the controller-extender principle, which are billed via a dashboard. The 1V0002 was developed for installation in suitable distribution boxes or a control cabinet and replaces the controller wallbox for the configuration and control of up to 16 extender wallboxes of the type eMH2 or eMH3. Via the integrated load management, it intelligently distributes the total charging current available via the house installation to all charging points in the system. Through communication with the backend via OCPP, the external control centre is recommended for use in semi-public and public areas.
